    Nice hotel with its 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and excellent room service. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a pleasant visit!

    Everything was great, including efficient staff and magnificent location to everywhere downtown. Enjoyed the way our elegant room with 2 queen beds was. Location: the hotel was short walk to Vancouver, train station.

    The concierge referred to a restaurant called "coast" one block away. The atmosphere was nice but the quality of our dinners was poor. It was a very expensive dinner and a poor value. I would have gladly paid that amount for such a strong referral if the quality was excellent.

    A combination of hits and misses

    Central location with well-appointed rooms! Staff were attentive, especially enjoying the access to the exclusive lounge for complimentary meals.

    The pool area could not meet expectations! The state of cleanliness wasn't ideal.

    View of downtown was great, the room was generous-sized and recently renovated. The rate was US$ 287. It had central location close to a gothic - style cathedral. There was a signature restaurant nearby;)))
